Whistleblowing Policy

Persons can report any violation anonymously and in confidence.

GoldStar is committed to the highest standards of openness, integrity and accountability. We encourage anyone who has a genuine concern about a violation, malpractice or wrongdoing to raise it so that it can be looked into.

Persons can report any violation anonymously. You do not need to give your name or contact details, and every report is treated in the strictest confidence.

1. Reporting a concern

A concern can be raised whether you are a prospect, a policy holder, a beneficiary, a third party or a member of the public. You can report through the form on this page without identifying yourself.

Reports are handled discreetly by the compliance team. Where you choose to remain anonymous, any feedback is shared back on the same anonymous basis.

2. What to include in your report

To help us look into your concern, please include as much of the following as you can:

  • Your status as a complainant — prospect, policy holder, beneficiary, third party or other.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • The date and location of the incident or service concerned, if applicable.
  • Details of the person or department involved, where known.
  • Copies of any relevant supporting documents, if applicable.

3. Submit a report

Please noteNo personal or contact details are required. Everything you share is treated in the strictest confidence and used only to look into the concern you raise.

You can attach copies of any relevant documents. PDF, image or Word files.
